Let us be your one-stop shop for baby and infant items of all kinds, including blankets, plush, toys, clothing, bibs, bottles, feeding accessories, silver and inspirational keepsakes, photo frames and books, and more.

The process is easy:
1. Sign up for an account with your personal login and password.

2. Call us at 1-800-359-2917 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time and have your Resale Tax ID Certificate handy.

3. Once we have a copy of your Resale Tax ID Certificate you’ll be able to access the wholesale area of the website. As a wholesaler you’ll be able to shop for the newly released items and collections not available to the general public.

First-time orders require a minimum of $200 total and must be pre-paid with check or credit/debit card. We keep your card information on file for 6 months.

Reorder terms:
Net 30 terms are available upon approval of credit. Updated credit references must be on file to receive Net 30 terms. Please note that any account not paid within terms will automatically be put on prepay status for future shipments. All reorders must reach a minimum of $100 or a $5.00 service charge will apply.

A Non-Sufficient Funds fee of $35.00 will apply to all returned checks.

Back orders:
Items that are temporarily out of stock or back orders totaling less than $25.00 will be canceled unless otherwise specified on your packing slip. Unless directed, we may substitute colors or like items to avoid back orders. Stephan Baby does not pay freight on back-ordered items.

Shipping:
Freight charges are billed with your merchandise. Merchandise is F.O.B. Pierceton, IN. Our preferred carrier is UPS.

Claims:
Claims for defective merchandise or shipping damage must be made within 10 days or receipt of merchandise.

A Stephan RGA number must accompany all returned goods. RGA numbers must be issued within 10 days of date of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise and refused shipments. Stephan Baby does not pay freight on returns.
