Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if my child bites the ice cube from my Boo-Bunn Ice pack and swallows the water?
A: The cube is filled with distilled water, so the child will be fine.

Q: Why are your prices so reasonable?
A: Because our mark ups are lower than most other importers. When we find a product with good savings we pass that onto our customers

Q: Are all of these products original designs?
A: Most are Stephan original designs; however, some are available to any manufacture importer.

Q:Why do your chenille products look different than other chenille products I see on the market?
A: Chenille fabric is made by hand, in the Philippines, in small panels. From these panels, patterns are cut and sewn into product.

Q: How do you care for Chenille?
A:All items except for the photo books and frames can be machine washed and dried on low heat. Baby pillows have removable covers.

Q: What is the appropriate way to play my musical Doll?
A: Remove doll from all packaging, then wind-up the doll completely.

Q: Are your plush toys baby safe?
A: Yes, all of our plush toys are completely baby safe. The eyes, nose and mouth are embroidered onto the animal to ensure safety. There also many quality control checks at the manufacture level. All plush toys and rattles can be washed and still maintain their quality.

Q: Please explain the tradition of keepsake Bibles and bonnets.
A: This is a time-honored tradition. When a baby receives a bonnet or Bible as a gift, it is kept through the years. When the child is ready for marriage she will carry the Bible or bonnet (bonnet changes to a handkerchief for babyƕs wedding day) with her bouquet. If the baby is a boy, he will give the Bible or bonnet to his bride.
